Terms of Service

Last updated July 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of Done (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to them. Done is an early-access product operated by a small, independent team — these terms are intentionally plain, and we'll update them as the product grows.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and any MCP token confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken by an AI agent you've connected using your own MCP token.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content you don't have the right to store;
  • attempt to access another account's data, or probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure;
  • use automated means to abuse or overload the Service beyond normal task-management and agent use.

3. Your content

You own the tasks, notes, and comments you (or your agents) create. You grant Done a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We don't sell your content or use it to train models.

4. AI agents

Any agent connected to your MCP token acts on your behalf and with your account's permissions. Done doesn't review or moderate the content an agent creates on your account — that oversight is on you, same as if you'd typed it yourself.

5. Availability and changes

Done is provided during an early-access period. Features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product develops; we'll do our best to give notice of material changes. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Termination

You can stop using Done and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
