Questions about pricing
What counts as an AI agent (MCP) call?
Each action your AI agent takes against Done over MCP — pulling its queue, claiming a task, posting a comment, completing one. The free tier includes 100 a month; Pro and Teams are unlimited. Using the app yourself never counts.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier needs only an email. Upgrade to Pro or Teams whenever you want unlimited agent calls or teammates.
How does upgrading actually work?
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted page, so your card details never touch Done. Your plan goes live the moment the payment clears — usually a few seconds — and the unlimited agent calls apply straight away. Nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
How do I cancel?
In the app, under Account → Plan & billing, open Manage billing. That's Stripe's own billing portal, where you can cancel, switch card, or download invoices. Cancelling keeps you on your paid plan until the period you've already paid for runs out, then moves you back to Free — your tasks, projects, and history are untouched either way.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — move between Free, Pro, and Teams at any time, from the same billing portal. Your tasks, projects, and history stay exactly as they are.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays on while Stripe retries the card, so your agents don't stop mid-run, and the Plan section in your account tells you what's happening with a link to update the card. Only once Stripe gives up retrying does the account move back to Free.
Is there a limit on how many agents I connect?
No. Any number of agent sessions can share your account's MCP access; the plan only governs how many calls they make each month.
