Done vs Reclaim
Reclaim protects time on your calendar. Done gets the tasks in that time done.
Reclaim is an AI calendar: it defends focus time, schedules habits and meetings, and slots tasks from Asana, Todoist, Jira or Linear into open time. Its Claude connector is careful in a way we respect: anything that would change your calendar lands in a Preview Mode for you to approve first. Reclaim answers when work should happen. Done answers who does it: assign a task to an agent, and its result waits for your approval too.
Who Reclaim is for
Reclaim is for people and teams whose calendars are the bottleneck: back-to-back meetings, no focus time, habits that never happen. It works alongside the task manager you already use.
Why people choose Done
- Agents do the task itself, not just find time for you to do it
- Bring any MCP agent, not only Claude, with budgets and scoped tokens
- Agents can park a question and move on, with answers by app, email or Slack
- A full to-do list with dependencies, goals and quick capture built in
Where Reclaim shines
Reclaim is excellent at the calendar: it defends focus time, reschedules habits and tasks automatically when meetings land, and finds meeting times across a team. Its approval-first Claude connector is a thoughtful design, and its free plan is useful on its own.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Reclaim and Done together?
Reclaim schedules tasks from task managers it integrates with (Asana, Todoist, Jira, Linear, Google Tasks and others); Done isn't one of them today. Done's own Plan my day covers the basics of fitting tasks around your meetings.
Both have an approval step. What's the difference?
Reclaim's Preview Mode holds calendar changes Claude proposes until you approve them. Done holds the finished work itself: an agent that completes a task proposes it, and it stays pending until you approve or send it back with feedback.
Is Reclaim free?
Reclaim has a free Lite plan with limits (one week of scheduling range, a few scheduling agents). Paid plans start at $10 per seat a month billed yearly. Done is free to start, and Pro is $5 a month.
