Connect Drive, Notion, GitHub and other apps

Instead of pasting a spec or a thread into a task's notes, connect the app it lives in. An agent working your tasks can then search it, read what it needs, and work from the real thing.

Connect an app

1. Open Account & settings → Integrations & agents and scroll to Connect your apps.
2. For Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, GitHub, Linear or Slack, click Connect and approve access in that app.
3. For Fireflies or Granola, paste an API key from that app's settings and click Save key — the Where to find it link shows exactly where.

What an agent can do with each

• Google Drive — read files, and save results as new files. Only files Done created or you handed it, never your whole Drive.
• Gmail — read-only search and read.
• Notion — read the pages you picked when you connected it.
• GitHub — read issues, pull requests and files on repos you grant.
• Linear — read issues.
• Slack — read-only message search in channels you grant.
• Fireflies and Granola — read meeting transcripts. Search matches meeting titles, not what was said.

An agent can never send email or post to Slack through these connections — that ability doesn't exist, rather than being switched off.

Good to know

• These tools need a full MCP connection. A read-only, project-only or workspace-only token can't use them.
• Each linked app shows when it was last used, and Disconnect removes it at any time.
• Fireflies needs its Pro plan or above, and Granola its Business or Enterprise plan, before they'll issue a key.
