Workspaces and teammates
Keep work and home apart with separate workspaces, and invite people to share one.
A workspace is a separate board with its own projects and tags. Everyone starts with a personal one; add more to keep areas of life apart.
Create a workspace
- Open Account & settings → Workspaces & team.
- Type a name, for example Work, and click Create workspace.
The Free plan includes two workspaces you own; Pro lifts the limit.
Invite a teammate
- On the workspace, enter their email address and click Send invite.
- They get a link that works once, for that address only, for 7 days.
Inviting people is part of the Teams plan. Everyone you add shares that workspace's tasks, projects and tags.
Share just one project
- Open the project and click Share next to its name.
- Enter their email address and click Send invite. They'll see and work that project's tasks — nothing else in the workspace, and not its subprojects.
- The same dialog lists everyone with access and anyone invited who hasn't joined yet. Remove or Cancel invite takes access away straight away.
Pause your agents
Pause board stops every agent from being handed new work anywhere on your account until you press Resume — handy before a holiday or while you reorganize. Work already in progress can still be finished.
