What it does
Read grooming proposals back, with each item's disposition, reason and current state (pending / approved / dismissed). stale on an item means the task has changed since the proposal was raised, so the recommendation was formed against a board that no longer exists — a human can still dismiss it but approving is refused. Use it to see what a human has already decided before proposing again, so a sweep doesn't re-raise items that were dismissed last week.

Which tokens can call it
A connection made with OAuth has full access. A token from Settings → Agent access → Extra MCP tokens can be narrowed, and a narrowed token never sees beyond its project or workspace.
